By accepting these terms and signing the separate power of attorney, the client authorizes GoRetire to provide administrative services on their behalf, to prepare applications, and to submit them to the responsible social or government agencies. GoRetire acts exclusively as a representative within the scope of the agreed services and is not responsible for the decisions of the social or government agencies.
GoRetire provides administrative and consulting services for the preparation of applications. The decision to grant visas, residence permits, or tax numbers rests exclusively with the responsible social or government agencies.
Our services include the preparation and coordination of applications for residence permits, tax numbers, bank accounts, and insurance.
It is hereby clarified that GoRetire is not a consulate or government agency, but acts as an intermediary/service provider.
The client grants GoRetire the right to submit documents, contact social or government agencies, and arrange appointments on their behalf. This power of attorney must be provided as a separate, signed document, but is referenced in these Terms of Service.
The client authorizes GoRetire to act on their behalf with the competent social or government agencies, banks, and insurance companies, to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of the agreed services.
- Provide of complete and truthful information.
- Provide all necessary documents.
- Cooperation with requests from social or government agencies or partners.
- Not responsible for the decisions of the government.
- No guarantee of approval or specific processing time.
- Limitation of liability to the service price paid (where legally permissible).
- Package prices / subscriptions are as stated.
- No refund after the start of the service (unless required by law).
The laws of Portugal shall govern these terms. The place of jurisdiction is the company's registered office.
